The TC2 clip secures the board and controls the direction in which expansion and contraction takes place. 5mm spacing.
NewTechWood has hidden locking systems which feature two clips, one locks and secures the board down (Locking Clip) and the other allows for expansion and contraction (Controlled Expansion & Contraction – CEC Clip), so that you don’t experience warping or distortion of any kind after installation. The system works because it allows the user to control the direction in which the expansion and contraction will take place.
We have temporarily had to suspended Next Day deliveries due to courier restrictions.
Most areas (The Red Zone) are free shipping over £250.00
The blue zone is Scotland and the Scottish Highlands. This area incurs an additional £75/£150.00 delivery charge and delivery takes between 2-3 days.
Unfortunately we cannot arrange deliveries to Ireland or Jersey but if you want to organise your own courier to collect from us and deliver to you then this is fine and you should contact us to discuss this.
We can arrange Saturday deliveries but these incur an additional £50 cost (on top of any zone charge). If you require a Saturday Delivery please contact us to discuss this.
If in doubt about the quality of access to your home or delivery address you MUST notify us prior to order. You will need to be available on the day of your delivery to sign for the delivery and to assist the driver.
Please note ALL deliveries are ONE MAN. This means the driver is only legally bound to drop your item on the kerbside, driveway or easily accessible garage. The driver will NOT take the product into your home, for health and safety and insurance reasons. It is your responsibility to take the item inside your property. Please check the dimensions and weight of your product which can be found in the specification details on the product page. This is to ensure the item will fit through any doors etc.
Restricted access may include but not be limited to, narrow streets, overhanging trees, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restriction that make it difficult for the carrier to drop the goods, in these instances may result in a failed or refused delivery.
Refused or failed deliveries will be charged at either £50.00, £75.00 or £95.00 dependant on product purchased plus any surcharges included (postcode or delivery upgrades).
